Do you offer quantity discounts? |

PJ's offers discounts for items bought in quantities of 12 or more. Discounts are available only on regular
priced items. Quantity discounts start with quantities of 12 for a 10% discount. Bulk rates do not apply to
shipping, only on the actual items themselves.

Does PJs sell gift certificates? |

PJs Trick Shop gift certificates are available in any denomination. They can be ordered over the phone by calling
us at 847-392-5280 or stop in to our store and pick one up. Gift certificates may be redeemed in store or on
phone orders only. For phone orders, the gift certificate must be mailed to and received by PJs before your order will be shipped.

Do I pay sales tax on my purchase? |

Orders shipping to addresses in Illinois are charged a 9.5% sales tax on their purchase.
All other orders are not charged sales tax. |

What are the Shipping Methods and Rates? |

| We offer shipping through the United Postal Service. Online orders
are shipped via Priority Mail which means your package will arrive in most areas 2 - 3 days from shipment.
Express Mail shipment is available to phone orders. Express Mail will have your package to most areas 1 -
2 days from shipment. The shipment rate depends on the
total price of your order in addition to weight of the
items. Shipping increases for oversized items
and shipments to Canada and will be calculated after your
order has been placed. If there is an increase in shipping
price, we will notify you before your order is shipped. Orders totalling over $150 before shipping will be shipped
free via USPS priority mail (restrictions apply). |
